Shipping Policy

1. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

2. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. W e usually dispatch most orders within 5-7 business days.

3. The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are calculated as working days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.

4. If you are ordering our products during a Sale event/festival event, dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes. W e will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order.

5. Shipping details while booking should be correct to avoid any delay in delivery. In the case where the billing address and shipping address are different all necessary information such as an address, nearby location, cont act person name, and contact number should be provided for a smooth delivery process.

Vendor Policy-

1- Product can the authenticate while sending or returning the order to the customer.

2- Product shall be delivered timely from the vendor.

3- Payment can be cleared on the monthly Basis

Returns Policy
Return & Exchange Policy

1. All products sold on http://sonevalley.com/ are non-returnable due to the Construction and Cement, Bricks, Sand, Stone /Steel/Paints & Chemical/Tiles/Furniture/Electrical/Hardware of the product.

2. You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:

a. Package has items mis sing.
b. Damaged or broken packs.
c. W rong product delivery.
d. Expired product delivery.

3. In case of the above-mentioned scenarios, you would want a refund or replacement, please send us an email with the Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging, and Batch Number to support.

4. Product can be returned only at the time of delivery.
5. Kindly take picture of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package.
6. Delivery charge will be paid by customer while returning the order.
7. In case you received the wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable, and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packing for successful pick-up and return only if at the time of delivery.

7. Returns will not be accepted if:
a. the product is damaged.
b. It is without an invoice.
c. It is with tampered batch number and price
d. It is without its original packaging.

8. Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if it falls under any of the scenarios stated below:
a.
Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
b. Failure to provide snapshots of the Invoice, Bag, and Pieces, Box.

9. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Refund & Replacement Policy

1. W e may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement
2. Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for the online refund to be initiated
3. The amount shall be credited to your account through the mode in which the payment was done. It may take 15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

REFUND POLICY
Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. For all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional shipping charge of 99 INR will be applied at checkout. The order will take 5-6 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.

Cash on delivery

For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of 80 INR plus shipping charges will be applied at checkout. W e will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 8 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get canceled.

Cancellations

Orders that are placed can be canceled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds

On single purchases, we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer. W hile we are committed to providing the best to our customers and we pay a lot of attention to details, sometimes even we are susceptible to making mistakes.
